1 What do you offer at TopCosta.co.uk?
At TopCosta.co.uk, we have the best selection of accommodation on the coast. You can make a reservation at hotels, aparthotels, apartments and camp sites, with your family or alone, it’s up to you.

2 Are the prices shown per person or per room?
All the prices shown are the total reservation price including VAT. Regardless of how many people stay at the accommodation booked, the TOTAL booking amount shall be the amount you are shown when you search for availability.

3 Does availability depend on meal specifications?
Of course, some establishments can only offer accommodation with certain meal specifications, so we recommend you search for various options before reaching a decision.

4 What do the booking annotations mean?
These are requests that you can make to the establishment, but which are NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL. However, we will notify you so that you take them into account on your arrival.

5 How can I pay?
At TopCosta.co.uk, we want to provide you with the most convenient payment option. Therefore, you can pay in instalments, by bank transfer or credit card, it’s entirely up to you.
  • If you make your reservation over 90 days before your arrival date, 10% of the total shall be paid in advance.

  • If you make your reservation between 90 and 10 days before your arrival date, 30 of the total shall be paid in advance.

  • Otherwise, the full cost shall be paid when you make your reservation.

  • If you pay via bank transfer, you have 2 working days to send us the paying-in slip by fax, and the remaining amount must be paid at least 7 days before you arrive at the hotel.

6 Are credit card payments via the Internet secure?
At TopCosta.co.uk, we try to make internet payments as secure as possible. So, during the booking process you will be redirected to the bank web page to make your payment. By using this POS Terminal, your peace of mind is guaranteed by the bank’s infrastructure, which ensures the payment is made in a secure environment, since you make the payment directly to the bank and you do not provide us with any banking details, only those necessary to create the booking voucher.

7 What must I take with me to the hotel?
You must take the booking voucher to the hotel. We will send you this document by e-mail when the reservation payment is confirmed. In the customer area of the web page, you can request a copy of this voucher.

8 How can I modify my reservation?
In order to modify your reservation, you can access the private section of the web page and select the reservation you wish to modify. Send us the details you wish to modify and our reservations department will contact you.

9 How can I cancel my reservation?
In the private section of the web page you can cancel your reservation. You can do this automatically, in which case we will first inform you of the cancellation amount and we will ask you to confirm that you wish to cancel.

10 Where is the hotel?
Our web page contains a great deal of information on each of our establishments, and the voucher we will send you contains all the necessary information to direct you to your destination.

11 Can I extend my stay at the establishment when I’m there?
Availability varies depending on the date, but you can contact us on +34 902 22 33 21 and we will try to extend your stay.

12 If I can’t find the dates I want... will you search for me?

13 How can I obtain a purchase invoice?
In the customer section of the web page, you can request documentation for your reservation. Click on request invoice and you will be automatically sent one by e-mail.

14 What is the voucher and what does it contain?
The voucher is the document you must present when you arrive at the establishment, since it is your reservation receipt. Once you have paid the full reservation amount, our system will send you the voucher by e-mail to the address you have provided. When you receive it, print it off and take it with you to hand over at reception.

The voucher contains your reservation details which the establishment will compare and check with the details they have.
